If you do not see your particular plan on the list below, it doesn't mean that we do not accept the insurance plan. Please contact your insurance company directly with our tax ID number 20-3355320 and an agent should be able to let you know if we are considered an in-network provider.

Even if Swedish Radia Imaging Center Edmonds is not considered an in-network provider under your plan, we may still be able to accept your insurance at out-of-network rates.
